The first night really put our $30 Target tent to the test, weathering the most intense tropical storm we had ever been through. Waking up in the morning, wet and tired - we took our 4X4 rodeo to the dunes in search of some Mexicano perfection. A few kilometres down the beach our eyes were greeted with a perfect, head high peeling rivermouth left that broke like a wave machine. With a 180 degree view of misty volcanic misty mountains and without a soul in sight-every wave was like a rush of euphoria and adrenaline that made every second worth it.
So if you woke up wet and tired I'm guessing the $30 tent failed you? :(
